In August 2019, our trusted friends at RCGT have acquired two of our departments, namely SR&ED and Grants. Together, with our support, and the support of Axxel's department lead Daniel Bureau, RCGT will be provisioning these services to our clients while maintaining the same high-quality standards of practice as we move forward into the new year.
Axxel will now focus on immersing itself in its ever-growing Corporate Finance department led by Eric Haggar and Jean-Michel Zakhour. Our clients can continue to count on us to seize M&A opportunities with the promise to help you sell your business in this rapidly moving market, all the while maintaining our strong, personalized approach and our rigorous processes.
